1. Confirming order

   -Once we received payment, we will test engine motors again, then send compression read out/ video to you.

 

2. Arrange shipment

   -After confirming eveything, we will place order to our shipping company. We could provide the Estimated Time of Departure and Arrival.

   -All items imported to USA need ISF 10+ Filing before departure from their original region.  You could have your own broker to file it, or we could handle it for you, rate as follows

      USD25/ ISF filing (with passport copy)

      USD75/ ISF bond (without passport copy)

 

3. Arrival

    -You will be notified by our shipping agent when engine motors almost arrived its destination. Our shipping agent could also handle the customs clearance for you if needed.

 

 

Q & A

Q1. Will my item stuck in customs?

A2. We have been exporting engine motors to different countries e.g. USA, Australia, Europe etc. Most of them cleared the customs smoothly.

 

Q2. I'd like to import an engine clip to USA, does the engines meet EPA requirements?

A2. EPA requirements are only applicable to whole cars. Engine motors are considered as automative parts, they don't need approval from EPA department as long as you are going to install it on a car which meet EPA requirements.

 

Q3. What's the excess charges I have to pay? How much?

A3. You may have to pay for local dock charges, tax, service charges for customs broker/ delivery agent. Those charges depend on the size of engine motors. We are not the one who receive those charges.

 

Q4. How long is delivery?

A4. It depends on your location. For cargos to USA, it usually takes within 2 months to certain destination port. You're welcome to contact us for more shipping info to your place.

 

Q5. No warranty?

A5. We could provide 30 days warranty upon delivery.
